Sparkasse CRM

I was asked to redesign Sparkasse’s (one of the biggest and oldest banks in Europe) most important CRM - the Loan Score Calculator. After 6 user interviews with bank employees, I’ve discovered subpar UX made them lose time each time they started a new process. After the redesign, we shortened the input time significantly.

Ride in Ljubljana

An In-depth case study on how I spent years researching transportation in Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia, how I interviewed daily users and tourists, how I collaborated with mentors and brainstormed with other UX-ers and how I came up with final designs for a competition held by the biggest transportation company in Slovenia.

Acodis, AI pdf creator CRM redesign

I was asked to redesign the main flow: 1. Add documents 2. Convert pdf data to exportable data. Home page was unneccessarily lacking info and admin page was separate instead of being incorporated in the side and top menu. You can see other UX/UI improvements in the project.
